Based in Lambeth in South West London, Lambeth Assembly Hall is a historical venue that is perfect for Wedding Receptions. This property was built in 1908 and opened by King George V and Queen Mary, who were the acting Prince and Princess of Wales at the time. This Edwardian building has been lovingly restored to its original splendour, providing an elegant and unforgettable location for nuptial celebrations.

Facilities and Capacity

Lambeth Assembly Hall offers offers an elegant art-deco space for celebrations, with a range of facilities including an adjoining reception area and a cloakroom. Ideal for large events, the hall can accommodate up to 300 guests for cocktail receptions and 250 people for banquet-style meals.

Those who want to enjoy an alfresco experience can make use of the Outside Courtyard, which is ideal for drink receptions

Lambeth Assembly Hall offers a range of facilities to ensure that couples enjoy the wedding of their dreams. This team welcomes outside vendors, including your choice of private catering company but have a wide range of excellent approved caterers. This venue can accommodate both buffet-style meals and seated banquets. They have an alcohol license until 02:00 on Friday's and Saturday's and they also welcome your choice of entertainment options. There is plenty of room for a dance floor, with an impressive stage framed by traditional velvet curtains. Furniture is included, including banquet tables and chairs can be provided upon request. A friendly member of the Venues Team will be on-hand to assist you throughout the planning process and will be on hand to support you on the day.
