Longueville Hall
Longueville Hall is a modern and well-equipped centre that was opened in 2000. Ideal for wedding receptions, parties, theatre productions, sports classes and more, the hall is used by many different groups and organisations, and hired for many different events by the public. The hall is also well suited for meetings, workshops and business and training needs.
Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life, and here at Longueville Hall we want to help make sure it goes without a hitch.
With seating for up to 150 guests, ample car parking, a picturesque backdrop for photos and an alcohol and late-night license, the hall provides the ideal wedding venue for your big day.
Missenden Abbey
When you are looking for a stunning backdrop for your wedding celebrations, Missenden Abbey never fails to impress; set amidst 10 acres of private grounds, this 12th century medieval abbey perfectly blends history with today’s contemporary wedding celebrations.
You may choose to marry at Missenden Abbey in the Library or Garden Room, both licensed for civil weddings and partnerships. Alternatively, marry at one of the local churches, before travelling over to Missenden Abbey to celebrate with family and friends.
Wedding celebrations begin with champagne and canapés before heading into our dining rooms with vaulted ceilings and stained glass windows, or our beautifully dressed marquee, all setting the scene for a fantastic wedding breakfast.

The 18th Century splendour of our magnificent historic House offers the perfect backdrop to your special day.
The House was built for lavish entertaining – large parties and celebrations took place here during the period of Jane Austen. Our House is a place where memories are made.
