Burgh House is a beautiful Grade-I listed Queen Anne mansion house, nestled in the picturesque, cobbled streets of Hampstead Village, only moments away from the expansive tranquillity of Hampstead Heath. The House was built in 1704 and retains many of its original features, including fireplaces, wood panelling and a beautiful barley-twist staircase.

With 300 years of history, Burgh House's beautiful, panelled rooms provide a unique and elegant backdrop for weddings and receptions. You have a choice of two characterful rooms for your ceremony: our traditional Music Room with baby grand piano for up to 70 guests, or our Library which is perfect for intimate ceremonies of up to 15 guests.

Our dedicated in-house caterers, Leafi, offer a bespoke service tailored to your wishes, whether you would like to host a champagne reception, enjoy delicious canapés, treat your guests to an afternoon tea, or sit down for a sumptuous three-course meal.

Our private courtyard and contemporary Peggy Jay Gallery make the perfect spaces for standing drinks and canapé receptions. If you prefer a seated meal, we can accommodate up to 62 diners in our Music Room. Our talented chefs can create a menu that highlights your favourite dishes and impresses your guests.
