Based at Bo Peep Farm, deep in rural Oxfordshire, you can enjoy exceptional views of the surrounding countryside in your very own exclusive setting.
Dovecote Barn is a Grade II listed wedding barn, full of character and charm with exposed brickwork and oak beams sprinkled with fairy lights. Formerly known as Park Corner Barn, it dates back from the 18th Century and was part of the Adderbury House estate, built by the Duke of Argyll.
After being tastefully restored, Dovecote Barn is now licensed for civil ceremonies, partnership ceremonies and the renewal of wedding vows and promises to deliver your dream day in the perfect countryside setting. Following your ceremony you have a choice of wonderful venues to continue your reception, whether you have dreamt of that rustic barn or a festival-style tipi, the choice is yours.

The barn can accommodate up to 100 seated guests for your reception and up to 140 in the evening. With its neutral and naturally stunning appearance, the barn can be dresses to suit your individual style – the only limit is your imagination! Whether you want to adorn it in flowers, hang lanterns from the beams or add to the already twinkling fairy lights to create a canopy of stars, the choice is completely yours. There is also a balcony within that offers an advantageous spot for incredible photos. Outside the barn doors you’ll find a cosy walled courtyard and lawn, perfect for an atmospheric drinks reception and maybe even some lawn games!
If you’re looking to create a festival vibe then we also have our very own two-hat tipi seating up to 120 guests and accommodating up to 200 for your evening reception. The tipi is set in its very own exclusive parkland surrounded by trees and open space, complete with two our door tipi canopies, fire pits, a wooden illuminated walkway and even an on-trend toilet trailer, it’s got everything you need to create that outdoorsy wedding theme.
Our professional in-house chefs can cook up a storm, whether it’s a gourmet barbeque and trendy sides or the more traditional three-course wedding breakfast. With exquisite presentation and high on taste, your wedding breakfast will be a fantastic talking point for you and your guests.
