Our venue began with us planting thousands of trees (not all at once) on old pastureland.  We have also started a rewilding programme with wildflowers, bulbs and shrubs.  We love how our little bit of Devon has become more natural, bio-diverse and beautiful.

We’ve become quite passionate about supporting couples with ideas for tweaks they can make to help reduce, reuse and recycle. . .and to help your wedding avoid waste – which seems a bit daunting when you are planning a wedding.

So here are some easy tweak ideas to consider for your eco-friendly weddings!

Flowers

 

We love when you for a forage in our hedgerows for extra foliage, berries and flowers.  And add to your bouquets by choosing a florist that grows their own!

Drinks

 

Consider buying in whole kegs of beer or cider from one of our many amazing Devon breweries.
