Licensed for civil partnerships and weddings, you can choose to marry in the majestic Great Hall with its original stain glass windows and grand fireplace, then head out to the beautiful Italian Gardens for your wedding photography, take a stroll down to the lake and have the grandeur of the mansion house as the backdrop to your wedding photography. Guests can enjoy a stroll around the grounds, summer drinks receptions on the patio and if you are looking for something quirky, why not consider entertainment on the lawns or vintage ice cream sellers, we have a host of ideas we can share with you to add to your special day.
Keele Hall, originally a private home to the Sneyd family, has maintained many of the original features, with the Salvin Room overlooking the Italian Garden and rolling lawns to the lake with its abundance of natural daylight creating a feature space for your wedding breakfast. This airy space lends itself to be themed to your colours or wedding style, and our chefs will meet with you to discuss your catering and create innovative menus reflecting the abundance of local seasonal produce.
In the evening, your celebrations continue in the Old Library, Great Hall and Nesfield Suite, allowing your family and friends to find a cosy space for a catch up, or to party the night away. Courtyard by Marriott Keele Staffordshire is located on the edge of the University Campus, with 150 bedrooms, ideal for your wedding guests and is a short walk from Keele Hall.
If you are planning a large gathering, your wedding celebrations will take place in The Ballroom, which is the largest banqueting suite in Staffordshire. This spacious room lends itself to all kinds of party theming, has its own bar and the adjacent Terrace is a quieter lounge area.
